Guide Service
Mile High Angler guide service offers guided fly fishing trips on a variety of public and private water. We own permits on some of the best rivers in the state allowing us to put anglers in the middle of the best fishing for the conditions and time of year. To us, a guide trip is more than just catching fish. Our staff provides a safe, fun and educational approach to fishing and tailors each trip to the customer. We have built our business on customer service and are proud to offer our service guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your experience we will refund the cost of the trip.
Rates:
Full Day
$395 - 1 or 2 anglers
$495 - 3 anglers
Four anglers would require two guides for $790.00
Half Day
$295 - 1 or 2 anglers
$395 - 3 anglers
Four anglers would require two guides for $590.00
What's Included
All trips include tackle and beverages. Lunch is provided on full day trips only. Anglers will be provided with rods, reels, and waders. All flies and leaders are included in the cost of the trip. Colorado fishing licenses must be purchased separately. Transportation to and from the fishing location is the responsibility of the angler(s). Gratuities and private water fees are not included in the cost of the trip.
Reservation Policy
A credit card and 50% deposit is required to hold date
Private Water fee is to be paid in full and is nonrefundable
Balance due at end of trip
Cancellation Policy
Mile High Angler reserves the right to cancel a day(s) fishing if the weather is too severe. The safety of our customers is our top priority. Fishing may be canceled if the roads are not safe to drive on, it's lightning, or there is too much ice on the river. If Mile High Angler decides to cancel, we will gladly forward the deposit to a future date or give a refund.
If a customer cancels, refunds will be given if there is a 1 month cancellation notice or if we can fill the date with another angler. If the customer cancels inside 1 month from fishing date and we can't fill the date with another angler, the deposit will be forfeited.
Gratuities
We hesitate to discuss gratuities but because we get so many questions about them, here are some general guidelines. Gratuities are discretionary and should be based on how hard you feel the guide worked for the day. If you feel the guide did a good job, worked hard and was knowledgeable, $100 per guide for the day is customary. Again, gratuities are discretionary.
Payment
Personal checks, business checks, travelers checks, cash and credit.
Mile High Angler is fully licensed, insured and bonded.
