Mile High Angler has the advantage of offering private water on our guided trips. If you are looking to beat the crowds or to catch some of the states largest trout, then private water is the ticket. It is not uncommon for anglers to land trout close to or above 10lbs! We have quite the variety of different properties, some of which are the best in the state. All of our properties are unique offering anglers seclusion, large, and extremely large trout, and big numbers of fish.
Our most popular and productive private properties are North Fork Ranch, The Meadows, Boxwood Gulch Ranch, Longmeadow Ranch, and all of Rocky Mountain Angling Club's properties. These ranches book up fast so call us to schedule your date and reserve your spot. Some of these ranches require several months advance notice to ensure your date.
Private water requires a private water fee or "access fee" which is charged by the landowner in order to gain access to the property. These fees vary depending on the property and are to be paid in full and are non-refundable.
